Seems downtown has a smelly odor wafting about the CCB, State House, the Indy Star (oh wait stenches are normal there….) and other downtown buildings.
Don’t Blame Me – I’ve not gone downtown in a while. There is NK Hurst Company downtown … you know Beans, Beans good for your heart and all that.
(It seems DPW has traced it to a sewer problem)
