The final vote just took place – Cap and Tax just passed the House by a 219-212 vote.

As soon as the tally is posted to house.gov the Indiana delegation votes will be posted here.

  1. I am not surprised with any of these votes (possible exception being Visclosky). Hill’s vote should insure that he loses his seat. Now we just have to get someone good running there.

  2. What is interesting is that Hill voted “aye” on sending this out of committee, then voted “no” on the resolution to bring the bill to the House floor. Then he turns around and votes “aye” on final passage.

    Is this so he can, in the tradition of Jon Kerry, claim he voted against it before he voted for it?

  3. I can’t believe Hill got voted in again. I just hope he is out next election.
