…but not so now when Dan Coats is coming home.
The Indy Star:
Indiana Democratic Party Chairman Dan Parker said that being a banking lobbyist could make Coats a tough sell to voters.
“The revolving door from Senate to lobbyist is one thing. Trying to revolve the door from lobbyist to the U.S. Senate is another,” he said.
State Democrats put out a news release mocking Coats for deciding to “come back for a visit.”
“A lot has changed since Coats abandoned the Hoosier state for the posh life of a Washington insider,” they said.
See, when Democrats come back to Indiana to run for office, they call it service (especially if they never lived here before, like Evan Bayh). When Republicans return to Indiana to run for office, that’s a revolving door.
Evan Bayh and Baron Hill better not let the revolving door hit them on their way out.
The same Dan Coat that voted for a gun ban?
What Dan Coats didn’t want the good folks at Hoosier Access to know: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dVdRW-Jj4uU
You post that as if we’ve made our decision to support Dan Coats. Maybe it’s your short attention span Wilson or your inability to scroll past one post, but this site has made no declaration of support behind a candidate.
That said, you posting that here shows that even you are afraid of a Dan Coats candidacy. You must think Evan Bayh is really vulnerable otherwise you would just ignore him like you’ve ignored all the other challengers. Your comment is very telling.
I am fully aware of difficulties “Hoosier Access” is having choosing amongst the myriad of GOP candidates wanting to be the next Marvin Scott.
I simply found that YouTube of Dan Coats revealing his real feelings about our Hoosier state hilarious !
Its amazing to see the liberals on political wire ( and yes thats where mr wilson got this clip) are so afraid of Mr Coats
Evan voted for failed stimulus plan, Obamcare, and increase to ur debt he most lose
In fact can someone tell me whether he voted for Justice Roberts and Alito because I think he didn’t even do that?
