Hat Tip: Veritas Rex
Christopher Crabtree, a veteran of Capitol Hill and an officer in the United States Navy Reserve, will become the new chief of staff for Indiana Lt. Gov. Becky Skillman. He replaces Steve Boyce, who will soon move to a private sector position in Indianapolis.
Chris was a Bloomington businessman growing increasingly frustrated with the federal government when he met John Hostettler in 1994, while Mr. Hostettler campaigned for a seat in the US Congress. Chris volunteered with that campaign, and then worked for the Congressman, both in Washington and in Indiana. Chris attended Indiana University-Bloomington’s School of Law, and after receiving his JD, worked for US Rep. Mike Sodrel before joining the staff of the Lt. Governor in 2005.
His hiring confirms anew the great judgment we consistently see from our State’s excellent Lt. Governor.
Way to go Chris!
