Kelty Files Motion to Dismiss Indictment Charges

Fort Wayne Republican mayoral candidate Matt Kelty filed a motion this past Monday to have all indictment charges against him dismissed.  You can view the motion here.  A hat tip to Dan Turkette of Fort Wayne News.
