		<description>I read the Indy Star article and was not particularly impressed. Some of the data were very good to read, but the analysis could have been written without any of the data. It looked like the reporter went out to one precinct and interviewed a couple of voters and then talked with "experts" (who all predicted a Peterson victory).
While I think it is very likely that taxes were the number one issue, I am sure that safety and ethics were both relatively major factors that were ignored in this article. It is very possible that these issues were different in various areas of the city. But ultimately they did no real research to find out what the reasons were for people voting!
