Koch is a great fella. I interviewed him on a podcast last year for that same bill. Considering the Dead Muskrat is still in charge I'm not holding out hope but one never knows. I have a feeling this will turn into a circus, nothing will be done and it'll be up to the voters to turn the entire House out and start with all fresh faces in 2009. Rep. Koch is a great fella.
