    Julia Carson is the obvious choice from Indiana.

    Didn’t former Indianapolis mayor Charles Boswell die this year? Or was that in 2006?

    “Snow Belt Charlie” died on Dec. 30 of 2006.

    Former congressman Jim Jontz also died this year. He passed away in April at the age of 55.
