I like that jab at McCain-Feingold.

You know, I don’t see why it’s so hard for politicians today to embrace the principles that Reagan embraced. No, it’s not often a commmunicator as good as he was comes along. But surely someone somewhere could find within themselves the resolve to articulate conservatism without apology and without shame.

Actually Michael, when we get to the point of running some ads I was thinking I might actually say,

“Thanks to ridiculous campaign-finance laws like McCain-Feingold, even though I’ve recorded this in my voice I still must say that I approve tihs message.”

I love this speech. How much do we miss his great wisdom and leadership?

He asks a great question:
