    Over at the DFB I posted another “Beating of a Dead Horse” - seems some researchers working with Duke Energy has found that Indiana’s adoption of DST has actually cost ratepayers an additional $8.5 million per year because of the shifts in electrical use - less lighting but more air conditioning.
