WE continute to bet our future on gaming.  When gas hits 4 dollars will people still have money to throw at this stuff.  The answer is no, but they are addicted to it.  

This stuff is aimed at helping bar owners, why is the state getting deeper in the bar business?  If market forces do not support the bar then why should the state?  Hint: Because Ky is serious about getting back the gaming money they spend in In. We may have hit "Peak Gaming".</description>
