You’d think that would be secured with some kind of voting card or biometric reader…
If they have too many votes, maybe they should consider hearing less legislation.

I don’t care what the excuses are, this is a terrible practice. Not only are legislators overstepping their bounds by casting multiple votes, but they are preventing citizens from knowning exactly how their representative voted. If somebody else hits the “Yea” button for my legislator and I see that roll call later, how am I supposed to know whether or not he voted that way?
