<description>And one more ... Leonard really is the best guy in this race. Thanks to Hoosier Access for making the right choice.

Bankruptcy for District 50?

Gary Absent Snyder is at it again. A little known fact that the local banker has not seemed to mention to anyone along the campaign trail is that he had to file for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.
I will be damned if I am going to vote for anyone who had to declare bankruptcy. It is just common sense. Snyder can’t budget his own household; so he should not budget our households at the Indiana General Assembly.
To start his campaign, Gary Snyder filed paperwork claiming he received a loan to begin his campaign budget. Time will only tell if the bankrupt bum gets called back to small claims court for repayment of his political loan.

		<description>And Another one -

The answer to this question is a mystery. Creditors who took Mr. Snyder to small claims court were eluded by Gary when he failed to attend six different court hearings. After missing a few of the hearing dates, he was ordered by certified mail to appear in court. Gary signed both notices when they were delivered, but still was a no show.
After defeating his opponent in a cutthroat Taylor Community School Board Election, Gary decided to show up to three meetings in his entire three year term. The citizens, tax payers, and other school board members often were asking, “Where in the World Is Gary L. Snyder?”
After a horrible credit history, dishonorable service, and absolutely zero trust, Gary L. Snyder seems to think he is the right man for District 50. I, my family, and everyone else with a head on their shoulders must do the right thing. A vote for Gary Absent Snyder is a vote wasted. Dan Leonard is the man for the job.
Every teacher in school told me that the most important thing was to show up.
Gary Snyder must have missed that day(s) of school.

<description>Leonard's opponent has a record that would embarrass any mother. Here are some letters to the editor to the Huntington Herald Press about the less than stellar guy -

To The Editor:
Don’t let his antics fool you. He seems to have his head on straight. But what Gary L. Snyder doesn’t want you to know is that he failed to appear in small claims court six times. Personally, the mere fact that he has been repeatedly taken to small claims court raises plenty of flags. Someone who can’t successfully handle his or her own checkbook should not be in charge of District 50’s checkbook.
On top of that, he was ordered to appear in court and he skipped the hearing on six different occasions. I need a State Representative, who will be present on the day of an important decision, not run for the hills when the going gets tough.
As well as not paying his bills and failing to appear in court, Snyder’s resume needs to be looked at a bit closer. Allegedly, Snyder worked at Fiducial Investment Advisors. However, when asked under oath, Snyder responded that he was not employed by Fiducial.
And as far as Gary L. Snyder’s School Board stint, let me by blunt. In his three year term, he was only in attendance at three meetings. Now I’m not a math man, but this isn’t a difficult problem. Attending one meeting per year will not get the job done, Gary!
Being a concerned citizen, I want answers not excuses. And there is no excuse to vote for Gary L. Snyder.
