Woah! Really? Is that how we’re seen to Mickey Kantor, Bill Clinton’s Trade Representative, a supporter of Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-NY, and an informal adviser to her campaign? Thanks to ABC’s Jake Tapper, you can see for yourself (fast forward to minute 4:45).
Kantor is saying the clip is doctored, but you can read the guys lips! What an idiot!

No doctoring there. He said we are s**t. The lips seem to agree with the words. He knew he f**ked up when he immediately retracted with “excuse me”.

Fox 59 is now claiming the film was doctored. So who knows. If it is doctored they did a really good job on the mouth movement.

The Damage Control team did their job and got the Ryerson Rag to publish an article claiming the video is doctored.
They sure did a nice job doctoring it.
