But you are right. I'm not sure who is farther off-base, Hill or Obama. At least HRC's idea is slightly better than Obama's just to tax the profits of "big oil". By the way, I did a quick search on "Big Oil" yesterday. Exxon Mobile had an after-tax margin of 10%. Shell's was a tad less (9%, I believe).
