From Frugal Hoosiers:

"On Friday a judge pitched the protective order that Sen. Brent Waltz secured months ago against his primary opponent, Mike Beeles. In case you don't recall this strange ordeal, Beeles sought to prove that Waltz does not live in his district by taking photos of the inside of the second story condo that Waltz claims is his home. Waltz accused him of stalking and was awarded a restraining order. Then he got all greedy about it and tried to make it permanent, probably just to keep the story alive through the primary. Now it blew up in his face as the judge opined that Beeles' photos "depict a unit that appears uninhabited". Bummer."

Note to future candidates that live out of district: MAKE SURE YOUR BLINDS REMAIN CLOSED AT ALL TIMES!
