Will the Obama Endorsement Hurt Donnelly?

Last night while I was running a phone bank for Luke Puckett in St. Joseph County, one of our callers spoke with a man who is a loyal Democrat but said he was voting for Luke Puckett for Congress because Joe Donnelly (D-IN-2) endorsed Sen. Barack Obama for the presidency. I’m wondering if other blue collar or pro-Hillary Democrats will abandon Donnelly because of his endorsement.

Here’s my question for general discussion: How bad will Joe Donnelly’s endorsement of Obama hurt him in November?

    No affect. Voters will not be shocked that a Dem elected official is backing his parties nominee in November

    Republicans just tried to use Obama in MS special election and it did not work.
