Conservative Breakfast Club Co-Founder Fred Rost Calls on Conservatives to Unite

Saturday, July 12th, 2008

I’m very late in posting this but, well … I’ve been busy. Below is a piece my good friend and fellow co-founder of the Conservative Breakfast Club Fred Rost published in the News Sentinel several weeks ago. For those of you in the Fort Wayne area, please join us every Monday morning at 7:30am at Park Place Grill (200 East Main Street, FW). Upcoming speakers include the following:

7/14 – State Auditor Tim Berry

7/21 – Cathie Humbarger, Executive Director of Allen County Right to Life

7/28 – Mitch Harper and Liz Brown, Fort Wayne City Council Update (regularly scheduled)

8/4 – Marion County Prosecutor Carl Brizzi

8/11 – Rob Beiswenger, Indiana Right to Work

8/18 – Indiana Attorney General Steve Carter

The Conservative Breakfast Club has caught on in Fort Wayne with an average crowd of 25 or so and a group has recently began efforts to replicate the CBC in the Indianapolis area. We wish them well in this effort. Learn more about CBC at our website here.

All conservatives in Indiana should read Rost’s two part piece from the Fort Wayne News Sentinel editorial page published on May 19 & 20. You can read Part 1 and Part 2 here. More about Rost from the News Sentinel below.

Fred Rost is co-founder of the Conservative Breakfast Club, a senior vice-president at the Sierra Nevada Corporation, president of Allen County Right to Life, a Fort Wayne resident and decorated Army combat veteran.
