You apparently haven't read the IndyStar online in the past few months. Several glaring spelling errors, and this is stuff that was POSTED.

So seeing grammar and spelling mistakes on media websites is not surprising (and to be fair I've seen it on CNN, MSNBC, and Fox News).

"To increase it's mailing list?"

I don't think CNN would make a high school grammar mistake.

I am not quite sure that Bayh is a good choice, though I certainly think it will make Indiana closer.

What strikes me as I think through Bayh's career is just how shallow this guy is. He has tried to run for President himself a couple of times--never getting any traction. My guess is that personally he is somewhat blue dogish, but he seems to morph into whatever might help him. I mean he was in the tank for Hillary first, and now he is singing Obama's praises. He was for the war--one of the strongest supporters among the Democrats--and now he is talking about how bad it was from the start. This pattern went back a long way in his national career.

It may hurt us here in Indiana, but my suspicion is that it will not help Obama nationally.

Holy cow. And I read it at Hoosier Access first. ;-)

The following from earlier is still on-line indicating a lot of Dems think Bayh is the guy.

Not really sure Bayh has all that much weight left here. You can look back and see the barren tundra the Bayh and O'Bannon administrations left Indiana before Gov. Daniels took office.

Bayh impersonated a moderate while Governor but once he drank the Potomac koolaid he became the Daily K00k Moron.org liberal we all know him for now.

Conventional wisdom says having POTUS candidate and Veep from such a close proximity to each other is a bad combination. Then again look at Clinton and Gore being from neighboring states Arkansas and Tennessee, respectively.

Could Bayh really bring Indiana too the Dems?

The really negative would be for our Republican Congressional Candidates
