One online ad image, versus the central brand logo of the entire campaign?

This isn't the first time people have cried copyright over political logos.

The least McCain could do is plagiarize another business, not his opponent.

Michael, the reality is that the Democratic Party is not going to push the fully socialized health care again. There is a much more effective way to do the same thing: write laws that REQUIRE the behavior you want in the private sector. In other words, don't nationalize hospitals, require them to provide a room with nursing support for $200 per day to the single payer (but private) insurance carrier.

What happens in these cases is that the large companies are the ones that survive, so large companies do not oppose and often support candidates who push for greater government control. So it is very possible that the above mentioned company may be generally supportive of Obama.

I have a hard time believing this company is pro-Obama. This company is a private healthcare provider and operator of multiple hospitals. After all B. Hussein Obama wishes to shut down the entire US Healthcare system in favor of a government operated health system. It could be just a bizarre coincidence.

Your right about the similarities.........The only bizarre thing is that Obama isn't being sued for copyright infringement yet, which tells me the company itself is probably pro Obama and "flattered" that The Messiah himself allowed his obvious plaigairistic designers to lift the concept.

And as a professional designer myself I can safely suggest that this idea was lifted for sure from a web search for ideas, and I must confess myself that I search that way for ideas often, as it is hard to come up with original designs in this digital age.

They didn't change that concept enough in my humble opinion and apparently yours as well.
