And I can go one step further and deal with the larger problem: I will work to strengthen the dollar-- by restoring fiscal sanity to Washington. President Bush and the Dems and most Republicans in Congress-- as well as Sodrel and Hill-- have given us massive spending and debt, devaluing the dollar by 40%, and driving up the price of oil/gas. If 9th District voters want to deal with gas prices, drilling AND a stronger dollar are essential. There is only one candidate who is credible on both of those issues.
