And showing your further ignorance, your number of “two-thirds of all corporations” that don’t pay taxes doesn’t wash either – that 22% is paid by C-Corps but not all corporations at C-Corps – 2/3 of all corporations sounds about right for the number of corporations out there that are actually LLC’s or S-Corps. Both entities are not taxed at the corporate level, rather they pass through to the owners. So that can really be from 30% or more if the owner becomes subject to the AMT.

The United States still has one of the highest corporate tax rates in the industrialized world, and a social engineering scheme disguised as an income tax system.

8% – goes to state income tax
8% – goes to local sales tax
22% – goes to the embedded tax found in all products I buy (22% corporate tax that is passed to me)
