Conservative Political Action Committee provides key endorsement in Indiana legislative
race for State Senate District 17
(Granger) The Patriots’ Project, in its first public endorsement of a candidate, has decided to throw its support behind Jim Banks, an outspoken fiscal and conservative voice in Northern Indiana. “We have evaluated the candidates in the District 17 State Senate Primary and have determined that there is no question that Jim Banks has the strongest conservative record and will best represent conservatives in the Indiana General Assembly,” stated Angela Faulkner, President of The Patriots’ Project. The Patriots’ Project took into account Banks’ solid record of cutting wasteful government spending while on the Whitley County Council and his stalwart commitment to ensuring the proper role of government.
Faulkner also applauded his dedication to traditional values while working at Focus on the Family. He has been consistently adamant on pro-life and 2nd Amendment issues, at times taking on people within his own party to defend these rights.
Besides being the conservative answer to liberal groups like MoveOn.org, The Patriots’ Project is a 501(c)(4) organization which primarily focuses on nonpartisan education and advocacy on vital state and national issues.
