Okay, it has been about six months since we last did a podcast of the Josh Gillespie Show. A lot (and I mean A LOT) has happened since March. From the passage of the Cap and Tax bill in the House to the intense national debate on Health Care Reform, to Education Reform in Indiana as well as talk about redistricting to campaigns already sprouting up across Indiana, there will be a lot to talk about today.
We have a bevy of great guests today including Tabitha Hale of Smart Girl Politics and Pink Elephant Pundit, Dr. Tony Bennett, Indiana State Superintendent of Public Instruction as well as (possibly) U.S. Senate Candidate and current State Senator Marlin Stutzman.
As usual, we’ll be running a running chat/live blog to take your questions. Will be starting today at 5:00pm! Make sure to catch the action!
PODCAST NOW POSTED TO HOOSIER ACCESS ON iTUNES!
Tomorrow at noon will the return of the Josh Gillespie Show on Hoosier Access Radio. I just hope we have enough material to fill a whole show (please note the use of heavy sarcasm). Let’s see we’ll talk about:
- Rod Blagojevich scandal. I noticed that Rahmbo Emmanuel refused to answer questions about his involvement. Hmmm.
- The failed White House/Senate Democrats version of the Auto bailout
- The Censure of Marion County Democrat City Councilman Monroe Gray
- Post General Election Republican gains
We’ll also continue our discussion on the changing face of the GOP as well as talk about Governor Daniels move to put an immediate caps on state salaries and other moves to keep the state from going over budget.
*UPDATE* – We will have, special guest, California State Assemblyman Chuck Devore who is running against Senator Barbara Boxer in 2010 as a guest at 12:30 (EST). We look forward to talking to him about his run and to find out what the heck is going on in California in general.
Make sure to check it out. Saturday, 12/13/08 at noon!

Two words: no connectivity!
My lessoned learned from moving to a different location? To scout the new place out to make sure I have a signal so the live blog will actually work.
My deepest apologies to those who stopped by the blog to participate in a live chat that never was. These are the little kinks that we’re working out as we try new things. But I promise you, it will work better next time as we will be at a place with a signal.
That said, we still recorded the podcast and the segments will be up in the coming days.
